Have you already completed your Peppol registration?
Dear customer,
From 1 January 2026, e-invoicing via the Peppol network will be mandatory for all Belgian companies.
We therefore ask you once again to check whether your company is already connected, so that invoices can continue to be exchanged correctly and securely in the future.
What do you need to do now?
• Check your registration via: https://app.peppolchecker.eu/
• Don't have a Peppol ID yet?
Contact your accountant or software supplier for activation.
Non-profit organisations
• Non-profit organisations that are subject to VAT or economically active are also subject to Peppol.
• Non-profit organisations that are fully exempt from VAT may be exempt from this obligation.
If in doubt, ask your accountant/software supplier for advice.
